For several years, Robert Sabath headed the North American Operations practice for AT Kearney and later for Oliver Wyman, both leading global management consulting firms. He specializes in dealing with the intersections between supply chain, operations, and marketing, with a primary emphasis on customer satisfaction and profit improvement. He is the author of more than fifty relevant publications, former Chairman of the Institute of Management Consultants (the certification and ethics association for professional consultants), and was elected “The World’s Funniest Consultant” because of his relaxed and effective communications style. Bob has a BS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Chicago, majoring in marketing and operations research. He also has served as adjunct professor and guest lecturer at Michigan State University, Iowa State University and Cardinal Stritch University.
