Kathryn Strachan is an exited founder, strategic advisor, and best-selling author of Scaling Success: Building Brands that Break Barriers. She grew her fintech content agency from a solo consultancy to a 32-person operation with $2M+ annual recurring revenue across EMEA and North America before selling the business in 2024. Today, she supports fast-growing startups and scaleups through leadership coaching, strategic advisory, and go-to-market acceleration.
