Stressed? Overwhelmed? You’re Not Alone.

Join us for a powerful, interactive webinar with Mark Gorkin, MSW – the one and only “Stress Doc” – as we tackle the unspoken epidemic sweeping through government agencies, corporations, educational and health institutions, etc.: stress, burnout, and mental overload. And, yes, we are living in very unstable and uncertain times!

This isn't your average lecture. This is an interactive session. Rapple with work-life balance when feeling attacked and demeaned. Bring your story. Ask your questions. Get real-time, expert advice in a safe, confidential space. You’ll engage in honest conversations about what it really feels like to face an antagonistic administration threatening your career. Don’t minimize the seriousness of this situation.

Areas Covered

  • Speak openly about what you’re facing—without fear of stigma
  • Hear from others who are navigating similar threats, fears, and frustrations
  • Learn how to identify when stress is tipping into burnout or depression, chronic anxiety
  • Gain practical tools to preserve your mental health and clarity
  • Discover how others are adapting, surviving—and in some cases, pushing back
  • Is it time for personal coaching or counseling?

Who Should Attend

All levels of supervisors, management, and CEOS.

Individuals, teams, and the organization as a whole benefit when you have high task and human touch communicators. These head and heart communicators not only know how to dynamically present ideas but, most importantly, encourage diverse and collaborative – “Helmet’s Off” – engagement and problem-solving. Systems become more creative and interactive communities when leaders know how to “say it and engage it.”

Why Should You Attend

Are you silently unraveling under the weight of executive office orders threatening your livelihood? Has your agency or company been forced to comply, shrink, or watch valued clients disappear almost overnight? Or are you vigilant about your safety as a citizen or as a lawful member of this country?

Are you constantly wondering—Will I still have a job or citizenship status next month? Where will I go if this collapses?

You're not alone—and you shouldn't have to cope in isolation.

Individuals, professionals, and families are facing an unprecedented stress, resilience, and mental health crisis. As executive orders, including tariffs, funding cuts, etc., continue to disrupt organizational and institutional operations and erode hard-won stability, a wide array of professionals are experiencing mounting anxiety, deep worry, and a pervasive sense of uncertainty. You may even be experiencing a sense of loss and grief. The pressure is relentless, and for many, it’s becoming too much to shoulder alone.

Mark Gorkin, MSW, LICSW, the Stress Doc in Alliance with GRC Educators, provides an interactive session to help one and all deal with the stress and loss, the trauma and grief. It’s time for “Combat Strategies at the Burnout Battlefront!”
