Pamela
believes that leadership is a daily act of humanity, and her mission is
to help organizations lead with empathy, amplify human potential, and
build cultures that reflect the best of who we can be.
In this session, we reframe employee experience design as a strategic leadership practice, not a tactical HR function. Drawing on human-centred design, systems thinking, and behavioural insights, participants will learn how to architect employee journeys that drive emotional commitment, performance, and trust across the employee lifecycle.
We’ll cover methods to diagnose experience gaps, translate employee voice into action, and create moments that matter in alignment with business and cultural priorities. From onboarding to offboarding, and from belonging to burnout, we will challenge attendees to look beneath surface-level engagement metrics and reimagine work environments as ecosystems for growth and authenticity.
Using advanced journey-mapping tools, design sprints, and organisational listening models, participants will explore how to mobilise cross-functional teams, shift leader mindsets, and build internal EX labs or councils to futureproof the people experience.
This course invites bold HR leadership that centres empathy, equity, and experimentation, the hallmarks of high-performing, human-centred organisations.

Why Should You Attend
The stakes for employee engagement and retention have never been higher. In the post-pandemic, purpose-driven economy, employees are no longer satisfied with superficial perks or performative culture statements. They are demanding authenticity, inclusivity, flexibility, and experiences that align with their personal values and growth aspirations.
This advanced-level course is crafted for senior HR leaders and people strategists seeking to radically elevate how their organizations design, deliver, and iterate on employee experience. We go beyond theory, exploring the intersection of behavioural science, service design, and culture transformation.
Participants will gain frameworks for co-designing people-first strategies, embedding psychological safety and inclusion into every touchpoint, and leveraging data to continuously improve the employee journey.
Whether you are leading a culture reinvention, navigating hybrid/remote strategy, or redesigning your EVP, this course equips you with advanced capabilities to position EX as a strategic business differentiator.
Topic Background
As the future of work evolves, organizations that prioritise holistic and human-centred employee experiences are more likely to retain top talent, foster innovation, and build resilient cultures. Employee Experience (EX) has shifted from being a siloed HR initiative to becoming a board-level agenda.
For progressive HR leaders and culture architects, this demands deeper capabilities in system-level thinking, behaviour design, and organisational empathy. This course is curated to challenge conventional HR models and equip senior professionals with next-level tools to embed human-centred experience design as a core pillar of organisational strategy.
