Wilma grew up in a family of eight children in the Netherlands, near Rotterdam. Being part of a large family taught her the value of being part of something greater. From a young age, she had to share many things, such as her parents' attention and toys. She always had others around her to play with. As the middle child, Wilma learned to bridge the gap between the older and younger siblings. And to this day, she is still a connector.
Currently based in Singapore, Wilma relishes the opportunity to connect with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. It is an honor for her to work with people from various walks of life, while also finding a sense of belonging when supporting Dutch clients.

Her life experiences have taken her to different corners of the world, including Uganda in Africa and Singapore. These adventures have instilled in Wilma a love for adventure and an immense appreciation for understanding and embracing diverse cultures.

Wilma believes in the transformative power of coaching and consulting. She has witnessed how these practices can bridge gaps, overcome challenges, and unlock untapped potential within individuals and organizations. Navigating different cultural contexts has taught her the importance of tailored approaches that address the nuances and complexities unique to each situation.

Throughout her life, people have naturally gravitated towards opening up to Wilma and sharing their stories. This innate ability to lend a listening ear and show empathy has allowed her to serve as a catalyst in problem-solving and enhancing personal well-being.

Her Christian faith is an integral part of Wilma's life. Her connection with God provides strength and alignment, while her core values—Family, Freedom, Authenticity, Peace, Connection, and Joy—shape her choices and path. To maintain alignment and live a purposeful life, Wilma relies on the guidance of her coach.

Wilma is an ambivert, which means she has both introverted and extroverted qualities. She has learned to draw strength from the balance between these two aspects.

She is a certified professional coach, DISC trainer, and ELI Master Practitioner. Wilma has a background in leadership, healthcare, and education.

Delegation is also a critical skill that allows you to leverage the strengths of your team members and empower them to take ownership of their work. We will provide practical tips for delegating tasks effectively while providing necessary support and guidance.

Handling challenges is an inevitable part of being a manager. You may encounter various challenges such as managing conflicts, dealing with underperformance, or navigating organizational changes.
