Mary Holloway Randolph is a dynamic advocate, mental health counselor, and seasoned life coach with a heart for healing invisible wounds. With two Master’s degrees and an MBA, Mary brings both clinical insight and intuitive compassion to her work. Her journey of advocacy began with helping trauma survivors and grew into empowering communities through workshops, blogs, podcasts, and prayer groups.

Mary’s unique blend of faith, science, and story makes her a transformational voice in trauma education. She speaks life into broken places and teaches people how to move from pain to purpose—because healing isn’t just possible, it’s your divine right.

This immersive and compassionate session is built on one truth: healing is possible. PTSD is not a mental weakness—it’s a biological, psychological, and spiritual response to profound stress or trauma. It doesn’t go away with time; it needs tending. And yet, too often, those with PTSD are mislabeled, misunderstood, or dismissed.

Mary will guide attendees through:

  • The science of PTSD: How trauma rewires the brain and nervous system
  • Real-life survivor stories that reflect strength, pain, and hope
  • Signs of unprocessed trauma and how it may be sabotaging your relationships, goals, or emotional safety
  • Deep healing strategies: grounding techniques, inner child work, forgiveness, community support, and purpose activation
  • The difference between coping and healing—and how to shift from one to the other

Attendees will explore multiple approaches:

  • Somatic therapy (working with the body)
  • Narrative transformation (rewriting your trauma story)
  • Coaching-based vision casting
  • Resilience rituals for daily life
  • Trauma-informed spiritual renewal

You’ll leave with:

  • A new understanding of yourself
  • A powerful “Healing Map”
  • Tangible steps to reclaim joy, safety, and identity

Whether you're newly aware of your trauma or have been working on healing for years, this class meets you where you are—and walks with you forward.

Topic Background

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is not always caused by war—it can emerge from childhood abuse, domestic violence, caregiving burnout, grief, sexual trauma, health crises, or betrayal. The trauma lives in the body long after the event. It impacts how we relate, how we trust, and how we see the world.

Yet, many suffer in silence because their wounds are invisible. With stigma and fear holding them back, people are desperate for healing but don’t know where to begin. Mary, as an advocate, counselor, and coach, created this session to shine light on the pain—and the power—of transforming life after trauma.
