Holly Burkett, PhD, SPHR, SCC is an accomplished change leader, executive coach, and talent builder with over 20 years experience helping organizations develop resilient leadership capabilities that foster high engagement, performance, and operational excellence. Formerly with Apple, clients have included: Chevron; State Bar of California; SEVA, Premera Blue Cross, Caltrans; and the National Security Agency. An award-winning learning leader and author, she is a sought-after speaker, coach, and facilitator who serves clients as a Prosci® certified change practitioner, certified SPHR, certified Stakeholder Centered Coach, and certified ROI professional. Publications include “Learning for the Long Run" and multiple case studies in HR and training industry resources. A long-term, active volunteer with the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), her doctoral degree is in Human Capital Development.
