Dr. Casey LaFrance is a dynamic leader in agile transformation and change management, holding the Disciplined Agile Value Stream Consultant (DAVSC) certification. An Accredited Change Professional at the Specialist level by the Change Management Institute, he also serves as Director of Graduate Studies in Political Science at Western Illinois University and Strategic Director for the Veteran to Project Manager Mentor Alliance. Author of scores of peer-reviewed articles and the book Targeting Discretion, Dr. LaFrance is globally regarded as the world’s leading expert on the American county sheriff as a decision-maker.
