Dominique Grimes-Medlin is a HR/DEI. Dominique or Dom as he likes to be called has years of on-the-ground knowledge about what it takes to get work done utilizing practical knowledge and interpersonal skills. A continuous learner, Dom has received his HR Certification and BS in Business Management. Dom also holds a Masters in HR from Western Carolina University with his SHRM-CP certification. Dom is well versed in many areas of HR however is known for his excellence in recruiting. He is able to utilize his expertise in DEI to make all applicants feel valued while reinforcing their ability to bring their whole selves to work.
