Deidre has spent 20 plus years in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries transforming underperforming safety cultures and environmental compliance programs at companies like Allied-Signal (Honeywell), Bausch & Lomb, AstraZeneca, Syngenta (Novartis), Johnson-Matthey, and Oil & Gas Refineries. Along the way, she became a master trainer, PSM Auditor& meeting facilitator delivering more than 10,000 learning & development training hours in process safety, environmental stewardship, emergency planning, risk mgt., team building, leadership principles, and diversity. Deidre holds a B.S. from Michigan State University and has completed post-graduate studies in the College of Chemical Engineering at Wayne State University where she received Certification as a Hazardous Waste Manager.
