Andrew Donofrio has spent the majority of his life in leadership positions. At 19, he started a career as a police officer and at 24, was promoted to Sergeant. After 25 years, he retired from law enforcement as a Lieutenant in charge of a nationally recognized computer crimes unit, which he created and grew. Andrew then started an IT security auditing firm, which he still leads today. It was during the time he spent starting and growing his business that Andrew realized that his life-long passion for learning, teaching, and coaching others could be part of a new chapter in his life. This is how he came to start his speaking, training, coaching, and consulting practice, Andrew Donofrio, LLC. It is his mission to leverage his experience in law enforcement and private sector leadership and business growth to help organizations and professionals at all levels develop, improve and grow (DIG). In addition to his Master’s Degree in Protection Management, Andrew is certified in strategic intervention, and is a certified leadership speaker, trainer, and coach.
